• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• Experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents.
• Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• No plaintiff experience permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide trial support for high-stakes complex litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft substantive documents.
• Assist with eDiscovery processes and document review.
• Support partners and clients with case strategy and filings.
