Job summary

CEQEL Critical Commissioning (CCCx) is seeking a Commissioning Associate to support inspection, testing, and reporting of electrical, mechanical, and control systems. This entry-level role offers growth through supervised tasks and vendor/project team interaction.

Remote work from anywhere in the United States is permitted with travel requirements up to 75% and relocation considerations for long-term projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Two years’ experience in installation, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical/controls infrastructure.
• Ability to work remotely with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspection, validation, testing and verification of electrical and mechanical equipment (50%).
• Develop testing plans and procedures (20%).
• Review construction-related design documents, drawings and specifications (15%).
• Produce project progress reports and assist in final commissioning report (15%).
• Complete tasks on time and on budget; perform other related duties as assigned.
