First American GO Title division is seeking an entry level Title Examiner to support title work under guidance. You will review public records, examine the chain of title, and prepare documentation for orders in Wisconsin. This is an entry level role with guidance from experienced team members.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
• Problem solving and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Entry level; experience in title/real estate is a plus.
• Accurate title examination and record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Performs title examination and examines the chain of title for orders within Wisconsin.
• Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines.
• May abstract records for residential properties.
• Other duties as assigned.
