Job summary

First American's GO Title division offers entry level title examination and support across mortgage services. You will review records, examine chains of title, and prepare initial commitments under guidance. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking are essential as you learn the process.

This role can be remote; the team values people-first culture and opportunities to grow within a long-standing real estate leader. Prior title/real estate exposure helps, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required for entry level role.
• Entry level, experience in title/related real estate preferred.
• Detail oriented and analytical with strong research skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs title examination and examines the chain of title for orders within Wisconsin
• Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines
• May abstract records for residential properties
• Other duties as assigned
