Job summary

Superhuman, an edtech-enabled AI productivity platform, seeks a Commercial Sales Manager to drive revenue across K–12 and higher education. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, selling SaaS to educational institutions while articulating AI value and safety.

You will lead a team, plan strategic territory moves, and partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure successful onboarding and scalable growth across districts and universities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B enterprise or edtech sales experience, with a proven track record of selling software, SaaS, or digital curriculum into K–12 and/or higher education markets.
• 3+ years of leading teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Edtech experience is highly weighted.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across K–12 districts and higher education accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing enterprise contracts.
• Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and AI-solution pitches.
• Navigate complex procurement cycles, including RFPs and board approvals.
• Articulate value, safety, and ethical compliance of AI-enabled products.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing for onboarding and feedback.
