Responsibilities

• Evaluate insurance policies, forms, endorsements and records to determine coverage.
• Conduct investigations, gather reports, consult records, and inspect damages to determine liability.
• Interview claimants and witnesses and document statements.
• Estimate cost of repair, replacement or compensation.
• Prepare findings and negotiate settlements, issue checks and file documents.
• Support litigation when required and participate in depositions as needed.
• Maintain caseload with efficient case management and use automation tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
