Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in business planning, demand/supply planning or analytics.
• Hands-on modeling within enterprise planning platforms or spreadsheets.
• Ability to distill complex data into executive-level narratives for reviews.
• Experience driving alignment across operations, product, finance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Represent operations in cross-functional planning; inform commercial plans for markets.
• Lead planning cycles with stakeholders; understand market nuances and capacity.
• Uplevel planning software and modeling to align with corporate strategy.
• Translate local friction into cross-functional processes for business success.
• Bridge performance narratives to absorb insights into plans.
