Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial lines within an independent insurance agency.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Applied EPIC software.
• Strong team focus and ability to foster effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process carrier changes, claims support, billing, endorsements, certificates.
• Work closely with the commercial lines team to ensure client needs are met.
• Communicate with clients regarding their policies.
