Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six or more years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License with ongoing CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Producer in developing new business for existing clients and prospects.
• Initiate renewals and collaborate on renewal strategy with Producer.
• Analyze exposures to develop renewal or new business specs for marketing.
• Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and review quotes for competitiveness.
• Review marketing results and prepare proposals.
• Finalize proposals and presentations with Producer.
• Bind insurance coverage and prepare binders or certificates.
• Review policies for accuracy and contracts.
• Prepare summaries and schedules of coverage for clients.
• Review client accounting, respond to inquiries, and collect receivables.
• Participate in the claims process including submission and follow-up.
• Provide technical guidance to staff on client needs and procedures.
• Notify brokers of information related to client retention.
• Meet with clients as needed per Producer.
• Collect fees, reconcile, and resolve outstanding balances within 90 days.
• Maintain data integrity in agency management system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Six (6) or more years related work experience
