Job summary

Work At Home Vintage Experts LLC seeks a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to support broker clients remotely, managing commercial accounts, preparing applications, coordinating with underwriters, and issuing COIs while delivering exceptional service from home.

The role requires extensive Commercial Lines experience, with 25 years of full-time work history and at least 10 years in the current line, with the option for full or part-time schedules and company benefits.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks.
• Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s).
• Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies.
• Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
