Job summary

The Ladders seeks a Commercial Data Scientist to turn complex data into actionable insights that guide commercial decisions and product strategy. You will partner with Product, Data, Insights, and Sales to analyze customer and behavioral patterns at scale, build reusable data products, and automate analyses to move quickly in a high‑velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role working with complex datasets.
• Experience in data science consulting at firms such as ZS, IQVIA, or BlueMatter.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts, including experimental design and probability.
• Proficiency in modern machine learning techniques and model design using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong SQL skills for writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Advanced Python skills, including object-oriented programming and data science libraries.
• Strong data visualization skills with the ability to translate technical insights into clear narratives.
