Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Litigation Adjuster – Remote. You will own complex auto liability claims, including catastrophic injuries, fatalities, and litigation, guiding defense counsel and settlements with authority.

You will handle first and third party claims, assess coverage, supervise defense costs, and mentor junior adjusters. Remote-first with nationwide opportunities and a focus on mobility risk.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of claims experience.
• 3+ years in a Casualty claims role within P&C insurance, with a minimum of 1 year in a Sr. Casualty or equivalent Complex Casualty / Litigation experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of filling position as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assigned as owning adjuster when injury exposure is identified and handles complex 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases involving injury and litigated matters.
• May handle 1st party medical payments and PIP claims.
• Responsible for investigating, negotiating, and resolving claims, including strategy with defense counsel and settlement decisions within authority.
