Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Liability and Commercial Auto/Trucking claims experience.
• Experience handling complex Bodily Injury claims, including settlements with represented claimants.
• Strong litigation experience, coverage analysis, tenderness requests, and managing attorney-represented files.
• Must have an active adjuster's license.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to interpret claim documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes coverage and settles moderately complex claims in specialty areas.
• Manage full life cycle of assigned claims files and determine defense obligations.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine exposure and craft settlement strategies.
• Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters.
• Negotiate settlements with clients, attorneys, and Public Adjusters.
• Coordinate with carriers, experts, and other parties as needed.
• Prepare reserve and settlement authority requests for client and carrier approval.
