MCW is seeking an Account Rep II on the Commercial team to submit, post, and secure maximum allowable reimbursement from third‑party carriers, government programs and HMOs. This role requires extensive use of internal and external systems and contact with payers, while supporting accounts and claims processing.

The position participates in hybrid work with 90% remote and 10% onsite and requires residency in the metro Milwaukee, WI area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3 years minimum experience in related field.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process claims submissions and postings to maximize reimbursement per guidelines.
• Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain required information.
• Analyze remittance to determine proper allocations.
• Escalate carrier issues and assist training Clerks.
• Handle billing activities to support team goals.
