Improv Arena is seeking native Colombian Spanish speakers to perform short scripted scenes with a set emotion. Recordings are licensed to AI labs to train voice models.

Pay is up to $15 per hour for speakers in Colombia, paid in coins (1000 coins = $1) and cashed out via PayPal, Venmo, or gift cards, with daily earning caps. You need to be 18+, have a quiet room and a USB microphone, and complete a brief voice check before starting. Work from home with flexible hours.
