Job summary

Sequium Asset Solutions in Vinings, GA is hiring experienced Collections Representatives for its Multi-Housing Division to recover apartment-related debt. You will contact former residents and negotiate repayment terms to resolve balances efficiently.

We provide comprehensive paid training on our FDCPA-compliant system and offer a $500 new hire bonus after hitting goals in three months, plus a full benefits package and opportunities for remote work after 60 days in-office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of 3rd-party collections experience (Apartment or Multi-Housing collections strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound/inbound calls.
• Skilled in account negotiation, consumer communication, and payment arrangements.
• Knowledge of skip tracing, lease violations, and landlord-tenant disputes is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) openings available.

Responsibilities

• Contact former residents to negotiate repayment terms.
• Handle disputes related to rental balances, evictions, lease breaks, and property damages.
• Receive comprehensive paid training on our system and FDCPA compliance.
