Job summary

WellPsyche is actively hiring for a Collaborative MD with an active California medical license. The role supports telepsychiatry for children, adolescents, and adults, with a collaborative practice model and structured administrative support.

Expect tele-meetings, chart reviews, and prescription consultations with NP supervision. You will mentor clinicians, review clinical questions, and contribute to a respectful, patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• CA license active or in process
• 1+ year as Psychiatrist; 2+ years preferred
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
• DEA certification
• Telemedicine/telehealth experience

Responsibilities

• Meet with your provider team individually or in small groups via teleconference.
• Review and respond to clinical questions and escalations.
• Conduct chart reviews in a timely manner.
• Act as the collaborating physician overseeing NP care.
• Execute duties outlined in collaborative agreements, including tele-meetings and prescriptions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to clinicians under supervision.
• Offer constructive feedback on clinician performance.
• Lead and support daily operations with supervising MDs.
