Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outpatient coding experience required.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or coordinator role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow performance, work queues, and operational metrics.
• Analyze workflow trends and collaborate with leadership to implement enhancements.
• Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and improve efficiency and reimbursement outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and system access for coding staff.
