Zusammenfassung

Cotiviti is seeking a Payment Accuracy COB Specialist to review and analyze claims data, determine the correct liability order, and document findings in Cotiviti tools. You will support client disputes and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Under supervision, you will use RMS and COB Tracker to conduct investigations, maintain detailed notes, and identify opportunities for process improvements within the COB unit.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or a minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare.
• At least 1-year Cotiviti experience is recommended for internal opportunities (example: Retrieval Agent or Audit Support).
• Healthcare industry experience, including knowledge of Coordination of Benefits (Preferred).
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for working with large datasets and diverse databases.

• Input accurate recovery information in Cotiviti tools and assist with inquiries.
