Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for CNS/Psychiatry with a Midwest focus. This remote role involves supporting multiple sites across the region, coordinating start-up activities, regulatory submissions, and site training to ensure high-quality data collection and patient safety.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of CRA experience, a 4-year degree or nursing background, and proven CNS/Neurology or Psychiatry expertise, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).
• 4-year university degree or nursing degree required.
• Experience in CNS/Neurology and/or Psychiatry required.

Responsibilities

• Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical projects.
• Identify potential sites and perform study start-up activities, including regulatory documents and contract/budget support.
• Train sites on data collection and reporting safety events; oversee site activities during study maintenance.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and ensure regulatory compliance and informed consent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely with occasional regional travel as needed.
