Weekday AI is seeking a CNC Machining Expert to contribute to a high-quality evaluation dataset for CNC manufacturing. This fully remote independent contractor role leverages your hands-on shop-floor experience to assess machining approaches and define objective evaluation criteria.

You will review CAD models, tooling, workholding, and toolpaths to determine production readiness, provide clear pass/fail justifications, and identify unsafe or inefficient approaches.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Ability to assess tooling, machine constraints, workholding, and toolpaths.
• Excellent written English and the ability to justify decisions clearly.
• Experience evaluating production-readiness in real environments.

• Develop text-based, objective grading rubrics for CNC solutions.
