Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate General Studies, upon hire.
• Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program, upon hire.
• Certified Nursing Assistant: CA CNA, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - BLS, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates basic patient care skills, including bathing, grooming, oral and perineal care, and back rubs.
• Measures vital signs, weights, and input/output, accurately and within expected time frames.
• Documents accurately on designated forms or in computer.
• Ambulates, lifts, moves and transports patients within specified time frames.
• Positions patients and performs range of motion exercises.
