Peraton is seeking a Technical Security Program Manager to lead security for a large-scale, multi-tenant cloud ecosystem supporting millions of users. This role requires senior leadership, deep cloud security expertise, and the ability to align security programs with regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, GLBA and SoX.

Formación

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 16 years of experience; may have management experience.
• 15+ years of relevant security leadership experience managing large-scale federal IT security programs in a cloud environment.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, networking, security, and cost optimization.
• Experience leading multi-cloud operations in high availability, mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, GLBA, SoX and FedRAMP.
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication and executive briefing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement security strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Identify security threats by analyzing vulnerabilities and performing risk assessments; develop mitigation plans.
• Lead incident response and compliance teams; coordinate response and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes.
• Develop programs to educate employees on security threats and policies.
• Monitor security systems, run vulnerability scans, and continually improve security posture.
• Provide SME guidance in cloud security, SIEM, ICAM and related technologies.
• Manage resources, scope, quality and budget for security initiatives.
