Intapp seeks a Cloud Platform Engineer to operate and evolve a Kubernetes-based platform for AI workloads. You will manage LLM gateways, agent runtimes, and multi-provider model access, while enforcing tenancy, security, and cost controls.

The role focuses on IaC, GitOps (Argo CD/Flux), and robust observability with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana. Strong scripting (Python/Go/Bash) and CI/CD experience are required.

Competenze

• 3+ years in platform, DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployments, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and GitOps tooling (Argo CD, Flux).
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Scripting and coding skills in Python, Go, or Bash, and CI/CD experience.

Mansioni

• Operate and evolve a Kubernetes-based platform for AI workloads, including LLM gateways and agent runtimes.
• Integrate and manage access to cloud-hosted foundation models across providers, including routing, quotas, fallbacks, and tenant isolation.
• Deliver infrastructure as code and GitOps workflows.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and tracing for AI workloads.
• Help design self-hosted model serving with GPU workloads and inference runtimes.
• Harden platform with secrets management, network policies, and audit logging.
