Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services Manager to lead the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) practice. You will oversee VCF Automation and Operations services, mentor architects and engineers, and partner with sales to shape offerings for enterprise clients.

You will drive delivery excellence, set standards, and scale teams across multiple engagements while ensuring secure, measurable outcomes using VMware by Broadcom technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional leadership team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice with consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
• Mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
• Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales.Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics.
