Job summary

Solomon Systems seeks a Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design and optimize secure, highly available cloud and hybrid infrastructures to support our passwordless identity platform.

You will define end-to-end solution architectures, document reference designs, and work with engineering and security teams to meet government-grade security, compliance, and performance requirements. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

• Experience designing cloud-based infrastructure and high-availability architectures.
• Knowledge of zero-trust concepts, IAM, and cryptographic controls.
• Strong networking background (VPNs, TCP/IP, firewalls, microsegmentation).
• Automation and configuration management with Terraform and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud and hybrid architectures for the identity platform.
• Document reference architectures and ensure security/compliance alignment.
• Evaluate cloud services, automate deployment, monitor health, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to translate requirements into scalable infrastructure.
