The role emphasizes public cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, and FinOps governance with a strong emphasis on delivery excellence. You will lead hybrid teams, drive transformational cloud initiatives, and ensure solutions balance business objectives with technical feasibility and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Client-facing consulting experience.
• Enterprise architecture design across multiple technology domains.
• Experience gathering business requirements and architecture design for customer engagements.
• Critically analyze environments to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
• Deliver transformational projects for enterprise clients.
• Strong cost-model and solution-design capabilities.
• Experience designing and managing FinOps programs.
• Experience building an Enterprise Architecture team.
• Deep knowledge of cloud/enterprise architectures, compute, storage, security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with collaboration, end-user computing, backup, and IT operations.
• 5+ years of public cloud architectural experience.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ people.
• Knowledge across multiple domains (cloud, security, infra, strategy).
• Proven leadership of large, complex cloud initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technical consultants and align with performance metrics.
• Mentor team members and support career development.
• Oversee hiring, feedback, performance management, and growth.
• Engage with customers to define enterprise solutions bridging business and tech.
• Assess environments and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead cloud and DevSecOps operating model changes.
• Provide architectural oversight and QA for programs.
• Collaborate with customer teams to shape solutions through design and implementation.
• Gather, validate, and document requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage delivery plans for multi-resource teams.
• Conduct due diligence on architectures and propose mitigations.
• Promote standardized tools and architecture principles globally.
• Perform impact assessments on major process/tech changes.
• Maintain relationships with customer enterprise architecture teams.
