Job summary
Eliassen Group is seeking a Cloud Engineer for a remote contract role to support IAM within a Cyber line of business. The position focuses on building integrations with SaaS products, optimizing microservices, and maintaining key SaaS tooling, with strong AWS skills and Python or Scala coding.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant cloud engineering experience.
- Strong AWS expertise with integration patterns.
- Hands-on DevOps experience for cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Python or Scala for tooling.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations.
- Knowledge of IAM concepts and controls.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations with enterprise SaaS products.
- Optimize and support microservices used across the organization.
- Implement and support IAM controls and related workflows.
- Collaborate with a hybrid NYC-based team while working remotely on EST hours.
- Operate and improve critical SaaS and internal tooling.
- Leverage generative AI tools such as Claude or Windsurf as applicable.
