Job summary

Indotronix International is seeking a Cloud Data Platform Administrator for a fully remote role, with hybrid options for occasional client-site visits in Washington, DC. The role focuses on implementing, securing, and operating the Enterprise Data Platform to support secure analytics and AI/ML workloads at scale.

The candidate will lead IAM, security, and automation efforts, build CI/CD pipelines with Terraform, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.

Qualifications

• Identity & Access Management: SSO, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, service principals.
• Security fundamentals: secrets management, audit logging, secure connectivity.
• Automation: IaC using Terraform, CLI, REST APIs.
• 3 years' AWS Infrastructure experience with Terraform.
• 3 years' CI/CD experience; promotion across SDLC environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• AWS platform expertise: IAM roles/policies, VPC basics, logging.
• Hands-on AWS security & networking services including PrivateLink, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch/CloudTrail.

Responsibilities

• Implement platform monitoring, dashboards, and health checks.
• Provision and administer AWS GovCloud infrastructure components.
• Maintain secure-by-default configurations aligned to security requirements.
• Operate cloud services for data and analytics platforms.
• Establish monitoring, alerts, runbooks, and incident support with security teams.
• Manage change control for upgrades and configuration changes; document rollback plans.
• Enable audit logging and evidence collection for compliance.
• Coordinate secure networking patterns with network and security stakeholders.
• Build and manage POC environments with cost controls.
• Automate administration using APIs/CLI/IaC to reduce drift.
• Maintain platform documentation: baselines, governance, onboarding guides.
