Job summary

IQVIA is seeking experienced Clinical Trial Raters to conduct standardized psychiatric assessments for a Borderline Personality Disorder study. The role is remote from the US, requiring clinical judgment and strict adherence to GCP and study protocol.

The position is contract-based with ~5 hours per week, starting immediately. Responsibilities include administering validated scales (CGI‑S, CGIC‑S), ensuring data quality and inter‑rater reliability while preserving confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical experience with BPD population
• 3 years of clinical trial rater experience with psychiatric assessments
• Experience administering structured rating scales and ensuring data quality

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured and semi-structured clinical interviews with BPD participants
• Administer, score, and document validated psychiatric rating scales (CGI‑S, CGI‑C, CGIC‑S)
• Maintain inter-rater reliability through calibration and training
• Identify and escalate safety concerns per protocol and sponsor guidelines
• Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and sponsor/CRO teams
• Adhere to GCP, SOPs and ethical guidelines
• Maintain participant confidentiality with a trauma‑informed approach
