Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Trial Psych Rater – US Spanish Speaking to join as a Clinical Specialist in a remote/virtual capacity. The role focuses on reviewing scales, guiding methodology, and supporting rater performance in psychiatric assessments.

Requires a Master’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience with psychiatric populations, plus fluency in English and native-level US Spanish. 10–16 hours per month, with ongoing calibration and documentation tasks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work; MD/DO/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales (PANSS, MINI, CGI-SCH).
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials.
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with supporting documents.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback on methodology and scoring.
• Complete tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
