Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Clinical Background – IR/CT Technician, Operating Room Nurse or Surgical Technician preferred.
• Experience/Knowledge of IR suite, Operating Room Protocol and Sterile Technique.
• Experience in supporting vascular procedures highly regarded.
• Experience in supporting tissue ablation procedures highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person case coverage for Albany/Rochester area.
• Train and educate physicians and hospital staff on VIS products.
• Provide on-site clinical support during procedures with a hands-off posture.
• Provide first-line product technical support and installation assistance.
• Collaborate with VIS Medical Affairs and Medical Education teams.
• Document day-to-day physician interactions and report customer feedback.
