Job summary

Fortrea is seeking experienced Clinical Team Leaders (CTLs) to join our FSP team on a remote US-based basis. CTLs will own the clinical delivery of trials, acting as the Clinical Project Manager within the core project team, and partner with the Project Manager and functional leads to ensure successful delivery within budget and contractual requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of clinical research/monitoring experience, strong leadership, and the ability to lead by example in a matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical delivery of trials and act as CPM within project team.
• Lead development of clinical project strategy and manage scope, timelines and budget.
• Forecast revenue and manage project costs in line with budget.
• Manage risk, dashboards and KPI tracking for client metrics.
• Mentor team members and oversee regulatory submissions when required.
