Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to oversee the operational execution of trials and help train AI models used in healthcare research. This fully remote, flexible contract role rewards expert project oversight, budgeting discipline, and strict quality standards across diverse vendors.

You will coordinate CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to keep studies on track, identify risks early, and document insights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical trials with strong budgeting and vendor management.
• Proven ability to coordinate CROs, sites, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams remotely while ensuring quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track from start to finish.
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across vendors and research partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations.
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Apply clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical workflows.
