The role requires 5+ years in clinical research information systems or bioinformatics, with expertise in REDCap, CTDB, and secure data handling.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research information systems or bioinformatics.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, bioinformatics, or information systems; master's preferred.
• Experience with NIH/FISMA/NIST 800-53/800-171 compliance and HIPAA.
• Experience with REDCap, CTDB, and hosting environments; data security focus.
• Scripting and data integration using Python, R, and SQL.

Mansioni

• Administer REDCap, CTDB, and other clinical research applications.
• Manage approved hosting environments with backups, access control, and validation.
• Support secure handling and transfer of genomic and clinical data.
