Qualifications

• Bachelor's in life sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year clinical research experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with others.
• Willingness to travel 40%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits.
• Provide training and support to investigators, study coordinators, and site staff.
• Monitor protocol compliance, data quality and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.
• Review source documents and verify clinical study data for accuracy and completion.
• Ensure only eligible participants are enrolled in studies.
• Manage and maintain study and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor investigational product accountability and inventory.
• Review adverse event reporting for accuracy and compliance.
• Assess site performance, including patient recruitment and retention efforts.
• Prepare monitoring reports and communicate findings, risks, and corrective actions.Build strong relationships with clinical research sites and internal stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of applicable clinical research regulations and study types.
