Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with Oncology, Ophthalmology, Metabolic, Hematology or CAR-T experience to join our team in the United States. You will manage clinical sites, ensure study quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate data through onsite monitoring and active site collaboration.

You will build strong site relationships, address issues, support enrollment, and help deliver studies on time while adhering to GCP and Parexel’s standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of direct onsite monitoring experience as a CRA.
• Oncology, Ophthalmology, Metabolic, Hematology or CAR-T trial monitoring experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biological science, pharmacy, or another health-related discipline.
• GCP knowledge and regulatory requirements understanding.
• Experience using CTMS, EDMS, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification visits, SIVs, monitoring visits, and termination visits with timely reports.
• Manage site quality and delivery from identification through closeout.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned sites and resolve issues to support study execution.
• Oversee study integrity and build relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Review trial performance and safeguard participant rights and safety per protocol.
• Develop patient recruitment strategies with sites to support enrollment timelines.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, study protocols, amendments, and GCP/regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate data quality, site performance, and accountability of investigational product.
