Job summary

Premier Research seeks a Clinical Research Associate to join our Clinical Monitoring, Site Management and SSU team. You will support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma partners in monitoring visits, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree in clinical, science, or health-related fields and have at least 1 year of independent monitoring experience. The role can be fully remote, with base pay starting at 113,000 PLN and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in clinical, science, or health-related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of independent monitoring experience.
• Experience across therapy areas and Phase II/III studies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality, timely monitoring reports for sponsor approval per Monitoring Plan timelines.
• Maintains submission of expenses according to travel and expense requirements within company guidelines.
• Monitors remotely, onsite, or other approved mode with focus on data integrity and patient safety per regulations.
• Plans day-to-day activities for monitoring of a clinical study and sets site priorities.
• Prepares for and conducts on-site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits at investigator sites.
• Maintains Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF) per organizational processes and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Reviews site documents for accuracy, currency, and required updates.
