Intellect is hiring a licensed Clinical Counsellor or Psychologist based in Virginia to join our provider community. This remote freelance role offers flexible hours and the ability to deliver 1:1 teletherapy sessions via our digital platform.

The candidate should have a Ph.D. or Psy.D., ~3+ years of clinical experience with 500 supervised hours, active Virginia license, and EPPP completion. Join a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on accessible mental health care.

Qualifications

• Must hold Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology.
• Active psychology license to practice in Virginia.
• Minimum ~3 years of clinical experience with at least 500 supervised hours.
• Successful completion of the EPPP required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 teletherapy sessions through a digital platform.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team.
• Apply evidence-based therapies (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.).
• Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Contribute to making mental healthcare more human, flexible, and accessible.
