Job summary

Intellect is hiring a licensed Clinical Counsellor or Psychologist based in Virginia to join our provider network. This freelance role offers remote work with flexible hours and occasional hybrid options, and you’ll deliver teletherapy through our digital platform.

You will collaborate with an experienced clinical team, apply CBT, EMDR, DBT and other evidence-based approaches, and support clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and related challenges while helping make mental health care

Qualifications

• 3+ years clinical experience and 500 supervised hours.
• Active license to practice in Virginia.
• Successful completion of the EPPP.
• Strong therapeutic foundation and passion for client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 teletherapy sessions through our engaging digital platform.
• Collaborate with an experienced & supportive clinical team.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.).
• Support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma & more.
• Help make mental healthcare more human, flexible, and accessible.
