Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team. The role involves assisting with clinical project coordination and administrative tasks, supporting study documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth study execution.

Entry-level clinical research experience is preferred, with familiarity in Veeva Vault and CTMS.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault and CTMS.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
