Job summary

Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI) is seeking a Clinical Project Associate for remote work based in the United States. You will ensure the Trial Master File is audit-ready, manage document collection, and support cross-functional teams to deliver trial milestones.

You will maintain TMF/eTMF systems, verify document quality, and assist with site qualifications throughout the study lifecycle. This role offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of clinical research experience required; oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the TMF/eTMF in audit-ready condition.
• Perform initial quality review of documents prior to filing.
• Partner with document specialists to ensure TMF is complete from start to finish.
• Assist with investigator qualifications and site coordination throughout trials.
• Distribute and collect critical trial documents and resolve regulatory issues with sites.
• Review study documents for accuracy and currency.
