Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years post licensure experience in a health care integrated care setting.
• Prior experience in clinical training or staff development preferred.
• Experience with Case Management and/or Condition Management populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training programs for new processes and new clinical programs.
• Designs appropriate tools to measure outcomes related to training goals.
• Assesses training activities through formal evaluation processes.

Skills

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Able to work effectively as part of a team

Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Active PA Registered Nurse (B.S.N. Preferred)
