Job summary

VNS Health is seeking a remote Clinical Education Manager to plan, implement, and evaluate education programs for staff across the organization with monthly travel to NYC. You will collaborate with Education leadership to develop annual training calendars and ensure programs meet regulatory and quality objectives.

The role requires an RN license in New York, a Bachelor’s and often a Master’s in Nursing, plus five years in Grievance and Appeals or similar clinical education settings.

Qualifications

• Current license and registration as a NY Registered Professional Nurse.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum five years' experience in Grievance and Appeals.
• Experience in healthcare teaching with adult education focus.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, coaching and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages and delivers clinical education programs to foster high-quality care.
• Develops an annual training calendar with Education staff.
• Ensures programs align with CMS Triple Aim framework.
• Educates on patient-centered care for diverse populations.
• Trains staff in VNS Health policies, standards and procedures.
• Reviews outcomes and suggests program improvements.
• Mentors staff and oversees training activities.
• Participates in special projects and other duties.
