Qualifications

• 3+ years CDI specialist training or risk adjustment experience with clinical coding knowledge.
• 2+ years chart reviews in electronic medical records with data supporting quality improvements and education material creation.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and treatment plans to ensure alignment with guidelines and standards.
• Participate in department quality improvement initiatives.
• Apply analytical skills to assess documentation accuracy and completeness for designated patient populations.
• Provide clinician-specific education regarding quality, outcomes improvement, documentation standards, and actions to improve clinical processes.
