Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Remote Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour, and requires TN licensure.

You will educate patients and families, support evidence-based practice, and contribute to a culture of care, belonging, and excellence.

Qualifications

• RDN or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian in state of practice (or eligible)
• Healthcare experience preferred; new grads welcome with strong clinical training

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in acute care setting and develop individualized nutrition care plans
• Educate patients, families, and staff on nutrition and lifestyle for health and recovery
• Apply evidence-based practices aligned with diet manuals and facility protocols
• Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives to advance patient care
• Collaborate with food service management to support patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support mentorship and professional development of dietetic interns and staff
