Qualifications

RDN with active license in the practice state
Licensed Dietitian or eligible to obtain licensure
Healthcare experience—2 yrs acute care on-site required

Responsibilities

Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness for patients, families, staff, and community
Evidence-Based Practice: Apply latest research in line with the diet manual, policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care
Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence
Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to support patient satisfaction and service goals
Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training
