Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Remote Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting. You’ll join a collaborative team that values high-quality care and evidence-based nutrition.

The role supports patients, families, and staff, with opportunities for mentorship, ongoing education, and professional development. RDNs or eligible candidates with licensure in their state are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• RDN or eligible for CDR exam.
• Licensed Dietitian in state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness for patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply latest research in alignment with diet manual, policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with the food service management team to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
