Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Data Associate I/II (Remote, Serbia) to support data cleaning and trial documentation. You will assist the Data Manager in maintaining data integrity across study databases and perform data verification and testing.

Educated to a Life Science degree, you will work with a globally distributed team, adapt to various systems, and contribute to high-quality regulatory submissions. Remote role with a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level (preferably Life Science).
• Must be computer literate and numerate with the ability to adapt to various computer systems.
• Ability to train new staff and monitor their performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Data Manager in data cleaning activities.
• Assist the Data Manager with preparation of trial documentation.
• Perform verification and User Acceptance Testing of configured databases.
• Assist with creation and validation of Manual and SAS checks.
• Assist with reconciliation of data from external sources (e.g. SAEs, IVRS, Central Lab).
• Register users into the EDC/CTMS system and perform system demonstrations as required.
• Maintain procedure logs, coding schemes, input notes and Data Entry Manuals.
