Clinical Ink is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to join the Data Management team, remotely across the United States. You will design, implement, and oversee data management activities for assigned clinical trials, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical data management, experience with clinical databases and data management software, and strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, or health science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical data management.
• Experience with clinical databases and data management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of database structures and tools to manage, extract, and report data.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and the clinical development process and terminology.
• Ability to work independently with accountability.
• Ability to coordinate the work of others and influence decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) for technical and business topics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage data management activities for assigned clinical trials.
• Develop and implement data management plans.
• Create and maintain validation plans for clinical databases.
• Develop and implement data surveillance plans for clinical trials.
• Identify and investigate data discrepancies and signals.
• Report data anomalies.
• Lead data mapping and ETL related activities for the clinical database data pipeline.
• Collaborate with clinical research teams to ensure timely, accurate data collection and management.
• Stay up-to-date on data management standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor other data management team members.
• Lead client discussions regarding data management activities.
